Please refer to the Policies below to review the guidelines for Spiritus Massage - you will be asked to sign stating that you have read and will adhere to all Policies.
New clients are required to complete digital intake forms online regarding health history and policy review before your initial appointment. Plan to arrive a few minutes early prior to your scheduled session in order to allot adequate time to discuss treatment.
Booking online will require a credit or debit card to be held on file to secure your appointment - your card will not be charged until the day of your appointment - you may choose to use the card on file for payment or another payment method for your session.
You will receive a confirmation email after your appointment is booked, as well as a courtesy reminder message sent 2 days before your scheduled appointment.
Refer to the Policies below for rules regarding cancellation/rescheduling etc.
Arrive a few minutes early to discuss the session’s goal for treatment, to use the restroom if needed, and to give yourself a few moments to relax before the session begins.

Policies
24 Hour Cancellation Notice / Late Arrival / No Show
In order to provide the best possible service, we have implemented the following policies:
24-hour advanced notice is required when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. If you provide less than 24-hour notice for a cancellation, you will be charged the full-service amount on the day of your scheduled appointment.
If a client arrives late to their appointment, their session may be shortened in order to accommodate subsequent scheduled appointments. The client may still receive the remainder of their scheduled session, though late arrivals will not guarantee sufficient treatment time.
Regardless of arrival time, you are responsible for full session payment.
If a client forgets or consciously chooses to miss their scheduled appointment, they will be considered as a ‘no show’ and will be charged the full-service amount.
I understand that circumstances beyond our control can occur, contact me by phone asap to discuss these situations.
A courtesy reminder will be sent 2 days prior to your appointment, confirm your session by simply replying to this message.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment after this time, please contact me as soon as possible.

Payment
Full payment of session appointment is required after treatment is completed.
Acceptable forms of payment for Spiritus Massage include: Zelle, cash, debit or credit card (3% credit card processing fee applies)
All clients booking online will be required to reserve their appointment with a debit or credit card. The card held on file and/or used for services must match the client’s name on file. Card transactions taken through Square - all billing information is encrypted. Cards will not be charged at the time of booking. On the day of your appointment, you may use the card on file or choose an alternate option for payment.
As stated in the cancellation section, clients who give less than 24-hour notice or are a no show will still be subject to full session payment and the card on file will consequently be charged accordingly.
Client privacy and confidentiality will be maintained at all times. Client information is kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with outside parties unless previously discussed with and agreed upon by the client. For example: sharing treatment outcomes with other medical professionals.
Client Confidentiality
If you are currently under physician care, a doctor’s approval letter may be necessary before beginning massage therapy treatment. Please speak with your healthcare providers before starting any complementary health care treatment.
While massage therapy is wonderful as supportive health care, it should not be used to replace doctor prescribed medications or treatment protocols. Refer to your primary care physician for any medical advice.
Health Considerations
Health Symptoms/Conditions
If a client arrives with potentially contagious symptoms or conditions (fever, flu, cold, skin infections, etc) the appointment will be rescheduled. Instead of coming into the office, please contact me by phone if you experience any symptoms the day of your appointment.
My objective is to provide a safe environment for everyone.
There is a zero-tolerance policy against any solicitations, including body language or inappropriate innuendos as expressed by the client.
Payment will still be rendered if a session is terminated by the therapist due to misconduct by the client.
Violators will be banned and reported.
